There is no Freedom without Forgiveness

FORGIVING OURSELVES IS AN ACT OF SELF LOVE, and it’s also the answer to almost Everything.

 

THERE IS NO FREEDOM WITHOUT FORGIVENESS.

YOU HAVE THE GIFT TO FOLLOW LIFE IN AND TURN IT INTO FORGIVENESS AND FORGIVENESS INTO BEAUTY.

Forgiveness means accepting the core of every human being as the same as yourself and giving them the gift of not judging them.

Forgiveness starts with us.

The true meaning of forgiveness is intentionally deciding to let go of anger and resentment and feeling empathy and compassion for the person who hurt us. I am free to be me, you are free to be you.

It can be hard to admit that whatever bothers or trigger us in another person, situation, is there for us to heal. Healing requires courage and most of the times it happen to be swept under the rug rather than faced. We keep running away from it, hiding, pretending it doesn’t exist, avoiding, getting distracted ….it will get us sooner or later.

All illnesses are created by being unforgiving, and when you are ill, there is someone you need to forgive (They could be living, or they could be dead but continue to live in your mind)

When we really understand that everyone in our life is a mirror of where we are, and whatever they are doing reflects our own patterns. With this knowledge we can never be angry or blame anyone again.

All we need to do is be willing to release the pattern into which we have locked ourselves, to release the weight of the past, to get out of the energy debt we can no longer afford to carry, and to be grateful to those who hurt us for showing us where we need to work.

Forgiveness is our sure way out of debt.

It does not mean saying, that what happened to you doesn’t matter or that it is all right for someone to have violated you. It simply means releasing the negative feelings you have about that event and the people involved.

Holding on to the past events will only harm ourselves, it will cost us a lot.

We are not moving on; our life becomes stagnant – it’s like trying to keep the dead alive. We are stuck in the same loop of negative thoughts and emotions, refusing to let go of this burden and become depressed. Our toxic energy creates toxic thoughts following with the toxic behaviour.

Refusing to let go of the past, whether positive or negative, means throwing away some part of your daily energy budget. If you start losing your energy and don’t do anything about it, you will develop a weakness in your physical body. If you don’t pay attention to your energy feeling low it may lead to developing a viral infection like migraine, headache or flue. Not taking any action, those minor upsets can create major illnesses.

Once healed, nothing can bother you anymore.

It’s our birth right to be able to heal ourselves. We are not meant to stay wounded.

Every person, object, thing, place or situation in our familiar physical reality has a neurological network assigned to it in our brain and an emotional component connected to it, because we have experienced all these things. This is how our energy becomes bonded to our past–present reality.

Therefore, as you place your attention on all these elements, your energy is flowing away from you, and it leaves a little energy in your inner world of thoughts and feelings to create something new in your life.

Healing is possible through acts of forgiveness.

RESPONSIBILITY:

Accept responsibility for your actions; “It’s my fault”.

REMORSE:

Feel guilty without dwelling; “It’s my fault, but I have to move on”.

RESTORATION:

Amend your mistakes; “I’m so sorry.”

RENEWAL:

Focus on what you learned and how you grew.”

Practice Forgiveness by recognizing the perfect inner core of yourself and other people.

Familiarize yourself with your emotional style, observe your emotions.

Accept your emotions as human.

Don’t store them, express yourself, let it all out.

Close the cycle, finish what’s unfinished.

Practice forgiveness, let go of your judgements.

Honour your own Self, honour the Self in others.

There is so much Love in you, that you can heal the entire planet. But for now, just use this love to heal You. Feel the warmth in your heart, let the light come to it, serve yourself first with all the compassion, softness and gentleness in your heart centre. Let the feelings begin to change the way you think and talk to/about yourself.

Your heart will always be the Ark of Resonance.

“LIMINAL SPACE”

It’ s the time between what was and next.

What’s happening in your life right now?

Which way are your feet pointed, and which way is your heart guiding you ?

Does this direction feel good? 

Ask yourself:

“ Is there joy, ease and lightness in what I am doing?

If there isn’t, then time is covering up the present moment, and life is perceived as a burden or struggle “ – E. Tolle once said.

 

If you feel like that’s where you are right now, I want you to know that you are not alone.

I see you.

I know how it feels.

I have been there before.

And please embrace the biggest and the warmest hug from me.

Just close your eyes and allow me to send my love to you.

 

Liminal Space is a time of slow down, waiting period, in between, a place of transition.

It is hard, I Know.

You are probably dealing with something big in your life right now…

It can be just a change of job, relocating, financial obstacles or relationship aspects.

Most people are just feeling lost, confused, overwhelmed; sometimes even drained.

 

All we desire is to get out of this heaviness, feeling raw, uncertain, and disoriented.

This does not feel good.

Being in between life phases can be stressful, emotional, and exceedingly difficult but if you approach this from a different perspective you will be able to overcome this situation.

Try to look at what you’ve been going through as the opportunity for personal growth.

 

This too shall pass.

 

 

Cliché but touché:

  1. Accept what is.

Life goes on, and things are changing – we cannot control every single situation.

There are two options; You took that leap of faith and you were rejected, or it’s just a missed opportunity. It happened already, do not look back. You were either protected and something bigger and better is on the horizon or you weren’t ready. Now you have this opportunity to gain experience, and another chance will show up for you. You will get to revisit the place, connection, or job opportunity, and with this awareness now things will get approached from a different angle. Everything is perfect exactly as it is. Trust this process and allow yourself to go within. You have all the answers.

The bigger the pain the bigger the growth.

  1. Allow yourself to practice mindfulness.

One-to-one with your own self.

Be in the present moment and pay attention to what’s coming to you.

Be aware of your thoughts.

You are not your thoughts.

Thoughts are nothing, but passing clouds.

This may not be for everyone, but it may resonate with you – you are the one to know what is that you’ve been going through right now.

Collective consciousness is taking place right now; we are seeking the truth, we are soul searching, becoming more aware, and waking up to what’s the purpose of our being here.

“ So this is what humans came to Earth to do, to systematically remember, to gradually awaken.

That’s right. It’s a life review right now.

Serve Yourself. Love Yourself through it:

Go out to nature. Hug the trees, listen to the birds.

Meditate. Forget about sitting in a lotus position, straight, not moving.

Let go of this labeling. Just be. No distraction. Start from 5 minutes a day.  

Walk barefoot. Feel the earth. Ground yourself.

Sun gazing…. Sunrise and Sunset are the most beneficial time of the day.

It can help connecting with your higher power, attracting more positive energy.

Reduces the stress, also promote better eye health.

 

Cook yourself a nice meal and practice mindful eating.

 

Sit down or lay down just to have this pause time with your own self; wrap your arms around you and be in this present moment. This is a form of Self-love.

Read – even just one page a day will do, and slowly (at your own pace) extend the time day by day.

 

  1. Invite joy and play in your life.

Fun makes you happier, more radiant, healthier, and even more successful.

When did you last dance?

When did you last sing?

When did you last laugh?

When did you last jump?

Remember as a kid when we used to climb up the trees? (Best fun ever)

When was your last time taking your clothes off and went skinny- dipping in the lake or the river? 

There is so much you can do and the best part of it is that most of those things are available for free.

  1. Journal

 

Journaling is one of the best tools for your wellness.

It makes you aware of what is going on in your mind and sometimes is a lot.

It reduces the amount of stress you’ve been holding up.

It helps you discover your own authentic self.

It allows you to release, and to self-express about what sometimes can be a struggle to say.

It’s a perfect opportunity for cleansing, especially during the full moon.

You can create this beautiful ritual, when you write things down (it could be a letter to someone you don’t speak to anymore) read it out loud, and burn it, to let go of the burden, to forgive, to give it all to Mother Gaia.

These kinds of rituals are so powerful, and when using parchment and ink – even more !!!

 

  1. Listen closely to your intuition / your guardian angels.

Take the first step towards the life you deserve, give an ear to your gut feeling, and embrace your intuition today.

You are always being guided in everything that you do.

Our gut feelings are our guardian angels, and they are helping us when it comes to making a decision.

Try it!

We are never alone. Our soul family is always around and ready to help; all you need to do is ask for help.

When it comes to times that we must make a choice about certain things in our life, we often struggle to get the right answer. First, I’d suggest unlearning this whole labeling pattern when we judge whether things are right or wrong.

There is no right or wrong, good or bad… It just is. Accept what is.

Then simply ask for help or just state your request in the form of an affirmation:

“Angels please help me to make healthy choices in my life “or affirm “Thank you angels for helping me to find the space to park my car” – yes! Try with little things first and watch them coming up for you.

Goddess as divine being….

Men and women have to relearn that vulnerability is a true strength, and that sexual energies are absolutely sacred and needed for creation.

The Goddess power within us is awakening right now.

We are witnessing the return of the Sacred Feminine.

The Sacred Feminine refers to the conscious expression of all feminine traits, values, and qualities that are essential to the whole and are therefore holly.

The truth is; every woman is a Goddess – Once She understands that she is inherently divine by design.

A Goddesses is not a woman who possesses more sex appeal than mere mortal women.

Calling Goddess energy into your life is about recognising the spiritual part of ourselves and the spiritual nature of all things.

Studying the nakedness of my soul.

We are all challenged to find our way from this inner split to inner balance within us.

Step into the Goddess.

Feel her emotions.

Let her wash over you.

See her for who she is.

Embrace all that comes.

Allow this love run through every cell of your sacred body.

The Goddess is LOVE.

It’s an opening to life, it’s acceptance and experience in all the things.

You have this beautiful love within you, you always have access to it.

All the love you have ever been able to feel, the bliss, the healing, radiant light….it all comes from her.

Allow her to hold you in her loving embrace and fill you with maternal love.

Practicing reconnecting with your divine feminine energy will help you become a strong and grounded goddess in your own world.

Free yourself and let her out.

Create your own sacred rituals, little ceremonies, celebration time.

Take back your feminine power by spending time in nature, walking barefoot, smelling the flowers, hugging the trees, listening to the birds.

Look up to the sky, to remember who you are.

Meditate.

Hug yourselves.

Sing.

Dance….slow moving, soft touching, swinging your hips and feeling the heat of your feminine energy rising within.

Paint.

Draw.

Sip your tea very slowly.

Let the chocolate melt in your mouth.

Surround yourself with beauty.

Release.

Don’t rush.

Be with yourself in this sacred union. Love yourself, embrace your own body as beautiful, sacred vessel for your spirit to experience itself and treat it with love and reverence it deserves.

You represent beauty and abundance.

She is always there for you…

You are the Goddess.

There are no parts of ourselves that need to be hidden.

There are no parts of ourselves that we need to be rid of.

There is not a single piece of me/you, no matter how deep and dark and terrifying, that isn’t worthy of being embodied.

The entirety of me/you is welcome.

Never apologise for what you trigger in others by simply being you.

For you are the mirror that reflects the greatest truth, every single time.

AFFIRM:

I am loving awareness; I am aware of everything.

There is nothing to be afraid of as love neutralises the fear.

It doesn’t matter who You were yesterday and who are you right now as it’s you, who give permission to yourself to change as often as you need to and every time, you learn a lesson you have the opportunity to grow.

 Free yourself by taking your power back. This is the actual Power!

Finding yourself…

it is the process that never really ends.

The greatest and most important adventure of our life is discovering who we really are.

To be able to love, to find the best suitable job, to create friendship, buy the dream house or build the Family we need to know what do we like, what do we value, what we are representing or have to offer.

Are you feeling lost? unseen? blaming yourself for not fitting in? not enjoying your socializing anymore? loving your own company? Those around you may suggest the middle life crisis, depression, something is wrong with you…

Sometimes ( what is even worse ) you hide all this, from your Family, Friends, You start blaming yourself and here it all begins.

When we try to hide from our past experience, we can feel lost and just like we don’t even know ourselves.

You think there is no way out of this, I don’t know how to start, where to start and this question keeps haunting you: ‘Who am I‘?

The worst starts when you follow others around you to do things you all should be doing in order to fit in a society that is simply following the crowd. You don’t even feel like being a part of it but you still go ahead because of their expectations; ‘That is what people are doing these days’…

You then completely disconnect from yourself and your core, not recognising your life anymore…

The longer you continue to walk this path, the more lost you become.

ALLOW

ACCEPT

EMBRACE

The work of finding yourself is a lifelong process. Once you realize that you start questioning everyone and everything around you, you know you are already there.

It’s a big period of change, and after those changes, you are not going to go back to what was.

Allow yourself to experience an increasing awareness of your life’s purpose, and an inner clarity about your sacred path here in this lifetime. Step into that life you know you want and bring all your dreams to life!

THIS JOURNEY IS NEVER ENDING.

Who knows how many lifetimes we have behind us? To go higher we must go deeper, through our shadows.

To find yourself again you have to first admit it: ‘ I am lost, I need help, I have to do something about it, I need change’

Awareness is 80% so you are already winning. Congratulations! The most painful and beautiful path is ahead of you.

THERE IS ALWAYS A WAY BACK HOME.

Whoever you are, whatever that music is, however distant it may sound, however strange or weird others may interpret it to be…
Don’t get to the end of your life and know, that you are going to leave and not have that music played yet.
